Project Manager, Client Management

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for executing project plans and ensuring that all implementation tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will work closely with the internal client management team, clients, health plans and senior management. In this role you will: Provide support to Account Executives for implementation of new clients Build and maintain accuracy of implementation information as it relates to scope, schedule, and dependencies in project plans Oversee variable aspects of new client implementations and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution Constantly monitor and report on progress of the implementation to stakeholders Coordinate kick-off and/or other client meetings for new implementations Maintain and document all implementation meeting notes to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the tasks required of them Create client accounts in our 2nd.MD technology platform and ensure set-up is complete per client guidelines Attend client health fairs to represent the company and answer questions related to our service Provide back-up support to the processing team with loading eligibility files and confirming member eligibility Additional responsibilities as assigned To be successful in this role you will need: 1-2 years of project management experience High level of professionalism Strong organizational skills, attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize and perform multiple high priority tasks concurrently with minimal direction Team player with the capacity to coordinate across departments, including but not limited to, marketing and technology Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Undergraduate degree preferred As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we never have and never will discriminate against any job candidate or employee due to age, race, religion, color, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, membership in an employee organization, medical condition, family history, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, parental status or pregnancy.In our innovative and inclusive workplace, we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions.
