Our Federal and Environmental Solutions business is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our Federal Environmental team.

You’ll be responsible for leading multi-discipline teams through the full life-cycle of our sales operation process to win work.Based in the U.S., you’ll lead the consistent application of our Relationship Based Sales (RBS) process to win work.

Our team of Sales Principals, Portfolio Directors and Client Account Managers will work with you on strategic positioning for specific opportunities as you facilitate strategy workshops, capture and develop performance proofs and client testimonials, and develop specific action plans that our teams can implement to increase our likelihood of success.

The team will look to you to plan, organize, and direct all elements of the proposal process to develop high-quality, opportunity-specific responses with competitive and compelling sales messages to satisfy our client’s business goals.

You’ll help to convey technical content in ways that make sense to both technical and non-technical people.

This will, at times, require working after hours or on weekends.You’ll also plan, organize and direct all elements of preparing a team for interview.

Flexibility is critical, as you’ll work on multiple projects simultaneously and within tight deadlines.

You’ll be the glue that holds the multi-disciplinary proposal team together, piloting the group to the finish line!Bring your team-focus, adaptability, and attention to detail, and we’ll help you grow what drives you – and win the world’s most challenging environmental projects, together.**Here’s What You’ll Need:**+ Bachelor’s degree and experience managing and developing proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables+ Experience working with U.S.

federal clients across the U.S.

for A-E services, environmental, and/or facilities and infrastructure related SF330s and proposals+ Experience leading teams through the sales process
– from junior Inside Sales staff to senior company leaders+ Willingness and ability to travel when restrictions are lifted**Ideally, You’ll Also Have:**+ Ability to process information quickly and accurately+ Ability to facilitate teams in developing and maturing technical and management solutions+ Organized and heightened attention to detail
– able to guide multiple tasks concurrently and engage with various stakeholders/reviewers+ Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and contentThis is a remote position.
