Schedule: Full time
– 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Core Responsibilities: Assist in the development, and implementation of quality plans, policies, and procedures.
Schedule and conduct regular inspections of sites for Quality Enhancement (QE).
Coordinate and participate in Agency investigations under the direction of the Director of Quality Enhancement.
Monitor Quality Assurance/CQL Basic Assurance Plan and Plans of Correction for the OHCQ and DDA survey results.
Supervise internal processes to monitor effectiveness of quality programming, incident management standards, and other quality standards.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years’ experience or Associates Degree.
Five (5) years’ experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities with progressive leadership/management responsibilities.
Experience may be substituted for education on a 2:1 basis with approval of Administrator.
