Regional Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to be our next Regional Sales Consultant for the Southwest states.

This is a remote role for the Southwest Territories including the following states of: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Arizona.

Who We Are:

We are a global leading developer and manufacturer of pre-hospital medical gear for the tactical and civilian world.

Our tourniquet is one of the original tourniquets approved for use by the Department of Defense, approved for use by the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and is the tourniquet of choice for the American Red Cross.

While our original purpose was supporting the military, environments changed and TacMed progressed in to servicing law enforcement, fire, EMS, rescue, and now even civilians.

As a result, our product line has expanded greatly and is constantly evolving.

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Consultants must demonstrate a strong understanding of our medical solutions line of products and services while calling on local, state, and civilian customers to accomplish both territory and company sales goals.

What you’ll do:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

Meets and exceeds Sales Goals set forth annually Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and support customers throughout the selling process; excellent communication and interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment Possess the ability to leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs and deliver results Performs the role in a compliant manner consistent with all Company policies, practices and procedures Every employee is expected to complete assigned policy review, associated training and associated acknowledgement of completion online via ADP within the communicated timelines at hire or on an annual basis as appropriate

Our Perfect Candidate

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
3-5 years sales success specifically tactical medical equipment with a plus selling to DoD or government agencies Prior military or first responder background and an understanding of trauma medicine are also a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful, but not required Must have a valid driver’s license Able to travel up to 50% as needed via car or airplane Should be able to carry/lift/push up to 50 pounds at times

Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, both internal and external, by building personal credibility and trust Ability to effectively demonstrate and present products Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in calling on customers and making a sale Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers Perform duties in an ethically compliant manner Commitment and adherence to the Firm’s Core Values
