Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives (SR’s) in promoting our EEG diagnostic services to healthcare providers.

Sales representatives are responsible for educating healthcare providers about the benefits of neuro diagnostic testing.

RSM will manage a dynamic sales team with the goal to increase both revenue and volume of patient referrals to Neuro Select, as well as helping to brand the name and image within the community.

Responsibilities and Duties
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and revenue for their assigned region with a strong understanding of market conditions and sales opportunities
Manage expenses and assist in goal and budget development for their region
Coach, mentor, retrain and motivate SR’s
Play an active role and take personal responsibility in personal development, success and performance of SR’s within their territory
Daily interpersonal interaction with doctors and staff members in order to ensure strong partnerships with potential referral sources, through outside B2B sales
Implementing Neuro Select’s superior testing services in the offices of those within the healthcare community through networking and events
Educating physicians and hospital staff on how to identify patients for Neuro Select’s services
Frequent communication and teamwork with clinical operations staff
Assistance in the hiring and training of SR’s for their region
Provide updates, reports and feedback to management related to field activities as requested
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three years (3) experience in a Supervisory role including but not limited to:
Experience in Budget Management
Experience in routing and territory management * Medical Sales experience is REQUIRED
Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time and drive extended distances per geographic requirements, including remote areas and potentially overnight travel
Must be authorized to work and travel within the United States
Ability to work outside of core business hours to attend, meetings, events and dinners as instructed by management
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and company specific software
Strong strategic thinking, internal customer focus and communication skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Willingness and acumen to learn industry related literature
