Alpha Technologies, which provides world-class powering solutions, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for its Broadband Services team in Dallas, TX.

This person is responsible for all Broadband Service sales activity in certain assigned geographic areas.Responsibilities: Provide primary account or territory management for Broadband Services groupInterface between sales management, service representatives, customers and contractorsManage assigned Broadband Services accounts through direct contact with customers and representativesAssist customers in the creation of quotes, designs, layouts, and project managementCoordinate with Broadband Services to manage project timelines and customer expectationsPresent customer with Alpha product solutions and packaged service offeringsCoordinate with Customer Fulfillment department to manage product delivery and order entryUpdate SharePoint with quotes and project time linesPrepare customer quotations based on leads generated by sales management, representatives, and direct contact with customersProvide sales call support including site surveys to Broadband Service organizationUse application engineering to assist with product quotes and surveys when necessaryShare joint responsibility with national sales management to achieve Broadband Services sales goalsRequirements and Skills: Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent military training in field of engineering or business relatedExperience: 4
– 6 years in technical sales and/or applications engineeringSupervisory Experience: 2
– 4 yearsAbility to follow written and verbal directions in the English languageAbility to speak/read/write EnglishDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsWork well under pressureCurrent driver’s license and acceptable driving recordSufficient credit line for business expensesAvailable weekends and after hours when on callExcellent written and oral communications skillsProfessional appearance and dressCustomer friendlyAbility to learn application specific software (i.e.
