Join us today and discover the ResiHome difference!Position Purpose:Serve as the “quarterback” for various construction teams, located across the United States, ensuring on-time delivery of rent-ready homes against client deadlines.Team Management:This role will manage a team of direct reports (anticipated to be up to 7 team members)Job Responsibilities:Build genuine relationships with peers in the field and foster a culture of partnership.Ensure successful delivery of rent-ready homes in a timely manner per client guidelines.Monitor staffing needs and make recommendations to division leadership as needed (e.G.

interviewing, hiring, new hire and ongoing training, annual evaluations, etc.)Visit portfolio properties regularly to conduct comprehensive compliance inspections.Communicate with the responsible maintenance teams to facilitate repairs and improvements.Provide clients or other stakeholders with regular inspection progress updates, including detailed inspection findings to clients in a timely manner.Document processes and maintain recordsKeep informed of ever-changing construction and safety regulations.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements (Including Education):5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in internal compliance audits/quality control reviews, or related experience, including three (5) years of supervisory experience.A true “people person” who is not afraid to resolve conflict in-person or on the phone.Proficient with technology including various mobile aps, the Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, and the Google Suite.Must be professional energetic and positive.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks and longer-term strategic projects; capable of prioritizingand meeting timelines set by management.Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.TravelThis is a remote position; however, up to 75% travel is expected for this roleIND1
