Michael Page have partnered with a leading Production Homebuilder specializing in large scale production home neighborhoods throughout the Dallas and DFW Metro Plex As a result of continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects throughout 2022 our client searching for a Sales Director to join their growing Sales team focused on Single Family Home building projects.

Description

Sales Director for Multiple Semi Custom projects between $400K-$800K. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Lead a sales team to ensure we achieve profitable and sustainable growth, and achieve sales goals
  • Drive accountability and apply performance management system to ensure team is meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct reviews of transactions and trends to develop/recommend strategies and tactics to improve our success.
  • Work closely with other teams to develop/implement targeted strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge through review of professional publications, establishment of professional networks, and participation in professional organizations.

Profile

The successful candidate must have a significant track record and project pipeline of Production home building specifically within the Dallas, TX and DFW market, Similarly you must have possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, representing the company with high integrity.
  • Ability to communicate and present complex information in a concise, compelling, and positive manner.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in new home sales
  • 2 years of mid-level management
