Sales Manager

NAI Mid Michigan

This is a Contract position in Garland, TX posted August 28, 2021.

OVERVIEW NAI Mid-Michigan, a leading commercial real estate firm, is looking for the ideal candidate to lead and grow our brokerage sales team.

This is a leadership position within the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities for the Brokerage .

Partners closely with CEO/CFO (P&L), Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Property Management.

In partnership with CEO/Principals, implements strategic vision.

Assures implementation of operational strategies and coordinates efforts to integrate company services for clients, both internally and externally.

Will manage and accomplish work through supervisors and employees in local office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing employment activities including recruitment, selection, on-boarding/new hire orientation, training, performance management and terminations.

Partners with CEO/Principals as appropriate.

Provides guidance and advice to CEO/Principals within span of control regarding employee performance.

Management of sales team and transactions
– Manage the sales team and their activities related to brokerage sales production.

Drives growth through execution of deals, performance management, sales process development, recruiting and training.

Responsible for managing execution and performance management activities for the Brokerage including motivating and directing personnel, setting performance standards, managing accountability, and addressing deficiencies when identified.

Management of sales processes
– With CEO/Principals, acts as a business partner for efficient and strategic operations of the office through continuous review and improvement of processes; works with agents to assist in managing transactions.

Manages on staff Marketing Coordinator and engages with NAI Global marketing and communications as needed to ensure effective marketing service delivery, business promotion, advertisement, and public relations.

Manages on staff Transaction Coordinator and partners with CEO/CFO to support accounting and finance activities including brokerage payables, revenue transactions, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsible for the Real Estate and Business licensing processes Continually identifies digital and technology resources Prepares annual marketing and advertising budget Other brokerage activities as required QUALIFICATIONS
· Sales management experience, preferred
· Commercial real estate experience, preferred
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred
