Sales Operations Manager, Senior – RDM

Job Summary: The Sales Operations Manager, Senior
– RDM is responsible for providing sales support for the outside sales team.

This role will be responsible for managing project implementation, driving improvements to our CRM, and supporting our outside sales team (sales reps, managers, and directors).

This person will provide recommendations on process, procedures, and policies that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the outside sales organization.

Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job) Support the strategic direction of the RDM team; through metrics design, KPI development and, sales enablement (both technology and process) Drive the technology advancements for the outside sales force.

Manage external sales vendors, ensure they meet our contractual obligations (performance, productivity, and customer experience).

Evaluate current tools and process (such as CRM, Order Inv Management, etc.); make recommendations & drive improvements to support future growth of team.

Work closely with the outside sales leadership team to develop the necessary tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist RDM leaders to standardize work processes and procedures for sales related activity.

SME (Subject Matter Expert) on how to effectively use our current CRM to maximize sales activity and output.

Define and document processes to ensure that RDM sales reps are effectively managing their pipeline.

Collaborate with the IT team on improvements to our CRM; for RDM and B2B sales channels.

Develop analytic tools to track business process effectiveness.

Assist sales management in understanding process chokepoints and inconsistencies.

Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement Manage projects and process improvements by evaluating existing process, functionality and streamlining for RMD/Outside Sales teams.

Tracks and measures sales team progress toward pre-established goals using appropriate sales metrics.

Proposes alternative solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization’s goals.

Analyzes requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing technical business systems.

Solicits from management symptoms of problem, formally defines the problem, breaks problem into component parts, and gathers information about each of these parts from a variety of sources.

Determines and defines system specifications, process improvement, quality assurance, interaction with customers and technical staff, problem resolution, and project-lead activities Maintain regular and punctual attendance.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Willingness to travel (up to 25%). Qualifications (Experience and Education) Bachelors degree in Business, English, Communications, or related field of study, required. 10 years sales, process improvement or related experience, required.

Including 4+ years relevant experience in Sales Operations or other Sales Support functions, required; healthcare setting, preferred.4 + years experience in management within a sales setting, required.Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, requiredIntermediate knowledge/proficiency with Salesforce.com and business intelligence tools, required.A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
