Senior Account Manager

Three Whiskey

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted June 4, 2021.

This position is based in either the Dallas or Austin area and the role will require occasional travel to our clients on the East Coast.

As Senior Account Manager, you will work very closely with our agency leaders to manage Three Whiskey’s client engagements; representing the agency and providing first-class service to the brands we work with.

Working with an expert team of digital marketing specialists, you will help formulate bespoke and innovative solutions to our clients’ business challenges, in a commercially viable way.

 

Reporting directly to our Client Director, you will be responsible for Three Whiskey’s revenue across a variety of accounts and support the pitching/winning of new business and client onboarding process.

Your approach to working with our clients and internal teams will be highly consultative and collaborative.

You will be seen as a strategic leader amongst the service lines and to the client, and feel very comfortable with SEO, PPC, media, social, content, measurement and digital research.

 

You will have a strong commercial focus and a great understanding of the levers that drive business revenue, profitability and overall success.

An important part of this is ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained and working closely with the wider team to deliver programs of work from conception through to execution.

 

We are looking for an experienced digital marketeer who is comfortable leading discussions, challenging briefs, identifying opportunities and defining requirements on-site as you are leading the development and definition of solutions with the wider team back in the office.

Skills and experience
An in-depth understanding of digital marketing (inc.

SEO, PPC, media, social, content, measurement and digital research) and how they are used to achieve different goals 3-5 years experience in Client or Account Management in an Agency, leading the development and execution of solutions for clients Exceptional commercial acumen Experience working collaboratively with different business teams Have experience with data and utilizing it to make decisions Ability to communicate across all business levels First class writing and presentation skills Strong organizational skills Exceptional eye for detail Experience working with a diverse client base is preferred
