About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

Overview:

Lead and develop a team of product execution managers supporting Digital initiatives with responsibility to develop processes, identify the best tools to enable on-time roadmap delivery and execution.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, Lead and develop a team of agile product execution managers supporting Digital initiatives.
Provide guidance/coaching to teams on End-to-End planning, risk/issues management, cross-product dependency management including external software/hardware vendor partner deliverables
Define and manage a Digital portfolio management process and cadence (Op Mechs) for ensuring project alignment with identified Digital strategies.
Develop and maintain integrated portfolio roadmap across Digital initiatives.
Communicate in a timely manner portfolio level view of risks/issues and associated mitigation plan
Continuous improvement of the agile product execution and portfolio management methodologies.
Facilitate department wide product/strategy offsites, monthly business reviews, townhall
Manage portfolio budgets and coordinate with FP&A teams, including assisting teams with Mid-year and end of year financial planning activities.

*This position is onsite in Irving, TX.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors/4 Yr. Degree
10 years+ experience leading large and complex digital/software programs (Agile, Cloud and New Technology)
5 years+ people management experience
Proficient in Agile/scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels.
Strong business acumen, operations, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to assess current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus and drive the implementation of related changes.
Excellent executive presence and a track record of success working closely with the Leadership team (Sr. Directors, VPs, SVP)
Highly adaptable, strong collaborator and influencer with the ability to drive change.
