The RealPage Sales Team is looking for an experienced, motivating, and strategic leader to take their career, and our team, to the next level.

Our Mixed Portfolio division of RealPage is looking for a Sr Manager, Sales, who is passionate about building a winning sales team, and developing talent.

The ideal candidate is battle-hardened and experienced, someone that their teams and organizations trust and look up to.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a sales team Be a true servant-leader, with a commitment to recruiting top talent, coaching that talent to be as successful as possible, and ultimately helping team members reach their career goals Actively manage team pipeline and resulting forecasts to meet company objectives and profitability/revenue goals Conduct weekly one-on-ones to provide deal-based coaching and sales process development for sales consultants Drive activity volume on inbound leads and current opportunities to ensure that sales consultants are increasing pipeline coverage and conversion rates Evaluate tools and processes to ensure that sales consultants are able to complete their responsibilities as efficiently as possible Provide guidance on deal negotiation, onboarding processes, and overall deal execution Join and review customer calls to provide assistance and feedback/coaching
More than five years of sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
•A proven track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals as an individual contributor Strong leadership and coaching skills
– inspire employees and partners, resolve conflicts and influence beneficial outcomes Commitment to making the right decision on behalf of customers and colleagues Superb people/collaboration skills
– able to prioritize and work cross functionally across multiple teams, build trust and influence all levels of organization Self-motivation, and highly driven with excellent communication skills #LI-LC1
