Senior Manager – Technology Solutions Lead (TSL)

Job Description J&J Technology Services is recruiting for a Sr.

– Technology Solutions Lead (TSL) to be located in Raritan NJ or Titusville NJ (preferred).

Will give consideration to JNJ sites within the US.

The Technology Solutions Lead (TSL) is accountable for the development of solutions for a specific sector value stream and business partners through Scaled Agile delivery.

The TSL will work in partnership with the Product Owner and Solution / Data Engineer to manage risk in the backlog and monitor and control the timeliness and quality of work.

Working across multiple business technology and product line groups, the TSL will shape and deliver innovative solutions for our business, requiring strong technical and business acumen and the ability to shape technical solutions.

This role reports to the Director, Technology Solutions Engagement and oversees the creation of teams of Technology Services resources to execute against business value stream roadmaps and key programs designed to deliver shared business outcomes.

This individual will serve as an advocate within Technology Services for Scaled Agile methodologies, processes and rituals.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business Technology, value stream leaders and product managers to shape technology solutions and establish technology roadmaps that support business strategy and help to achieve efficient and effective delivery of business and customer value.

Lead Technology solutioning, delivery and program oversight spanning multiple technologies and platforms Collaborate and partner to define innovative solutions in the market to address business needs Lead delivery of business technology products and the on-going operation of cohesive, integrated solutions with full IT engagement Communicate within the technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences Ensure Technology Services work product meets stated business needs and achieves desired outcomes.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field is required.

Experience And Skills: Required: Minimum 8 years of Business Experience.

Minimum 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience Experience shaping and leading large and complex cross platform solutions Experience leading all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Agile methodology.

Experience working with operations, infrastructure, call center and end user teams to achieve the goals of the sectors.

Experience with customer relationships and prior experience in a customer-facing role.

Experience working with external partners to bring products/services to market strongly desired.

Preferred: Good understanding of Commercial Pharmaceutical processes, practices and technology solutions.

Knowledge of SFDC technologies including Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Jamstack, Drupal, etc.

Delivery/technical solutioning of an Omni-channel and/or digital health experience.

Prior IT/Strategy consulting experience.
