Senior Project Manager – RA | QA PMO

DJO Global, Inc.

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted April 30, 2021.

The RA/QA Project Manager will develop and execute project plans for implementing US and EU standards, performing due diligence, and managing integration projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution Develop and apply assessment tools for scoping projects effectively Develop realistic plans and efficient processes for managing assigned projects Develop tracking mechanisms and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders Identify and communicate areas of risk and develop remediation plans Manage timeline effectively to deliver on commitments Recommend changes to policies, procedures, and work instructions for PMO activities and as a result of project outputs Work with internal and external teams for effective change management to include Clinical, Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and external suppliers Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or health-related field desired or equivalent work experience Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with people in an effective and positive manner EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and guidelines
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
7+ years related and expansive experience in an FDA regulated environment (medical devices experience preferred) 3+ years related project management experience with emphasis in quality systems, regulatory systems and/or M&A Experience with Agile PLM, Oracle ERP, and/or BarTender software preferred
