Senior Sales Manager – North America – Water/Wastewater Technology

We have partnered with a rapidly growing and renowned provider of Wastewater Monitoring & Technology solutions for the Municipal, Infrastructure & Industrial markets in North America.

Due to succession planning, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager – North America – Water/Wastewater Technology.

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • The ideal candidate would be based on the West Coast US – other locations can be considered
  • Preferably educated with a 4-year Technical or Engineering degree discipline
  • Previous sales & business development experience within the water & wastewater technology market
  • Knowledge of the Municipality & Utilities sectors across the North America market
  • Experience developing distribution & channel networks across North America

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible as the Senior Sales Leader and business unit figurehead in North America for the business unit
  • Partner with existing customers & distributors to drive sales & key accounts within the North America market
  • Focus on expanding & developing the distribution & channel network to expand market share in existing and new territories
  • Lead the existing sales team and build collaborative teams to drive growth in the market
  • Provide industry expertise and experience to the commercial strategy & direction of the business to achieve long term growth
  • Travel when required to support sales & servicing teams, customers & key partners
  • Reporting into the Director of Sales
