Building on the culture of quota achievement and success, you couldn’t consider joining us at a more exciting time.OVERVIEWWe are looking for an outstanding strategic and analytical Senior Sales Operations Manager (Sales Forecasting Manager to join the Sales Operations team for BlackBerry. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations. You will be the business partner to support the Americas sales leaders to help drive growth & productivity. This is a role which will balance both strategic and operational responsibilities – you will think big picture but also roll-up your sleeves to drive execution of strategies & initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES* Own sales forecasting processes for the Americas sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.* Manage deal cycle together with sales reps to improve deal closure velocity and becomes a subject matter expert in pricing, licensing & approval processes. Understand contract requirements, structure, business terms, pricing and identification of potential risks and opportunities that can affect deal closure.* Be a trusted advisor to provide business insights via creating or distributing actionable sales business intelligence reports.* Support sales management in identifying opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.* Provides support in implementing technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments* Builds peer level support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnelACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES* Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported* Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives* Responsible for the efficient support of the sales organization throughout the deal cycle* Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting, including forecasting, essential for sales organization effectiveness* Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company managementESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of eight (8) years’ experience* Strong analytical skills* Familiarity with Salesforce.com and advanced Excel skills* Strong communication skills* Ability to problem solve* Ability to work well in groups* Ability to multitask#LI-DA1Job Family Group Name:SalesScheduled Weekly Hours:40
