Social Media Manager

Position Summary : The Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts across multiple brands.

You will be working closely with Marketing, Creative and Sales departments.

Develop, implement and manage our social media, influencer and affiliate strategy across multiple brands Define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media and influencer content Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Aspire IQ and Later Manage and oversee affiliate marketing program with outside agency Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Train other team members on social media strategy and execution best practices Provide constructive feedback Adhere to rules and regulations Present to Senior Management Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following .

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents.

Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

Mathematical Ability: Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages subordinate employees.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
