Solution Marketing Manager


This is a Full-time position in Houston, TX posted December 6, 2021.

Job Description
What you will be doing:

  • Launch .

    Manage and communicate the launch plan for new solutions, products, and features with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are executed in support of overall business goals.

  • Research.

    Analyze the market, buyers, trends, industry-specific problems, and competitors to create differentiated, insights-based positioning, messaging, and content that differentiates the banking portfolio for FIS Global.

  • Create.

    Create content for the target audiences to be consumed in a variety of formats, including videos, white papers, brochures, web pages, events, social media, and much more.

  • Communicate.

    Share the marketing strategy, content plan, and updates with cross-functional teams.

  • Evangelize.

    Ensure priority products are attached to planned campaigns

  • Compete.

    Monitor the competition with reports, positioning, and battle cards

  • Update.

    Consult with demand teams to update and create content that supports always-on journeys.

  • Accelerate .

    Execute on a solutions-marketing-based approach and deliver integrated content that drives pipeline.

  • Enable.

    Lead or assist in the creation of sales enablement content for priority solutions (e.g.

    playbooks, brochures, datasheets, battle cards, scripts, presentations, etc.).

  • Present.

    Present to customers, partners, and sales teams

  • Report.

    Adopt a data-first approach to proactively analyze content engagement data and consult on improvements and learnings.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years B2B enterprise software marketing experience
  • Strong Fintech industry knowledge and experience
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Portfolio of writing samples
  • Data-driven marketer with a creative mindset and the ability to create feedback loops across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executives, management, individual contributors
  • Strong collaboration skills working with peers, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency to operate independently
