SPECTRUM: Sales Enablement Supervisor Residential Direct Sales


This is a Full-time position in Leander, TX posted May 8, 2021.

JOB SUMMARYThe Spectrum Sales Enablement Supervisor for Residential Direct Sales is responsible for the execution of the new direct sales representatives (DSRs) development program (90-day program) that includes coaching, business performance reviews, and training.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support all efforts to simplify and improve the new-hire sales representative (DSRs) experience Lead efforts to improve new hire performance, engagement, motivation, in the initial 90-days of employmentGuide each new hire group through onboarding, new-hire class training expectationsPromote the integration of the new hire with the local teams and business leadersDiagnose and recommend training/practice modules based on the business supervisor field evaluation observations and performance metricsCoach, practice, and role-play with new hire both tools usage (BuyFlow and Realtime) and sales skills (engagement and close) based on The Spectrum Way (virtually and in-person)Assess new-hire performance based on job expectations and cohort group performance providing feedback and action plans to the local front line leadersAssist in the coordination of training logistics for other parts of the organization as neededSupport other Nesting Supervisors as neededREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishSuccessful door to door sales experienceStrong organization and prioritization skillsClear ability to communicate orally and writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools such as WebExAbility to communicate with all levels of executive, management and company personnel Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties Ability to work independently and with a group, including virtual teamsAbility to assess needs and create business and performance objectives Skills in team building, relationship building, facilitation, and presentationHigh energyEducationA Bachelors degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience Related Work Experience3 years: Successful sales performance in a door to door or face to face environment 2 years: Sales coaching 1 year:: Project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of the cable or telecommunications industry Experience in positioning and presenting new products/pricingPeople engagement and motivation Time managementWORKING CONDITIONS Office environment Regular phone calls with sales representatives and managerApproximately 5% travelFor more information on Spectrums benefits, please click here.
