AllianceMarketingManager will be responsible formanaging alliances,organizing programs and activitiesfor theVeeam TechnologyPartner (VTAP)Alliance-business.

You will be tasked with developing programmatic approaches to support the organizations strategic direction, as well as long term goals.You will lead the overall programs with strong attention to strategy,implementation,and delegation.

You will help the organization stay on schedule, on spec and on an upward trajectory of success and growth.To be successful in this roleyou must be able to do the following:Understand and market to Alliance business Prior experience and expertise inAlliancemarketing,priorexperiencemarketing for an Alliance partner, or GSI marketing experience.Global AllianceMarketingManagement Manage the marketing relationship with global alliance partners.Relationship management —
– develop a strong working relationship with the key marketingmanagers, partner business development managersand other subject-matter experts as appropriate to buildmarketingstrategy and deliver on projectsand GTM strategies.Develop product positioning that differentiatesVeeam Alliancepartner offeringsby understanding customer needs, product roadmap, competitivedifferentiationand market dynamics.Veeam + Alliance Marketing StrategyDevelopa programmatic approach, communicate, and help drive consistentstrategy withbroader sales andmarketing teams, both internal to Veeam and at alliance partnersto help hit alliance KPIs.Develop comprehensive joint marketing plans than align to the joint business plans led by the Global BDMs.Collaborate withteams to drive ongoing enablement and maximize impact of messaging for the enterprise audience.Organize, track and documentprograms and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Alliance Product Marketing Team.Project manage initiatives’,tasks,and schedules across severalorganizationsboth internal to Veeam and with alliance partnersto ensure project goals are achieved on time.Evaluate program strengths and identify areas for improvementand share best practices across extended teams to optimize Veeam + Alliance programs globally.Deal with rapid changeand shifting priorities.Create and manage long term KPIsProduce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout life cycle.Analyzing program risks.Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions onpriorities.Team-player mindset and extremely collaborative with the ability to lead virtual teams inclusive of internal & external/vendor team members.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, own, and amplifyjointmessaging andglobalGTMrelationshipbetweenAlliance partners and Veeam.Managemarketingrelationships withcomplimentary technology partnerssegmentssuch as high-endenterprise applicationsand workflows.Manage marketing relationships with key GSI’sManageprojecttasks,andschedules and due dates.Amplify joint wins via customer references,win reports for key alliance account joint successes,and announcements.Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing,Business,Communications, or a related discipline.

MBA is preferred.(A combination of education and experience will beaccepted.)Preferably5-8years ofmarketingmanagement experience, including Alliance marketing.Proven track record of running successfulprograms(preferably within the IT industry).Prior Alliance marketing, GSI marketing or working for a key partner is required.Must be a self-starterand independent worker.Strong writing skills
