As a Sr.

Director, Renewals Team, your efforts will directly impact the overall strategy and success of a world-leading cybersecurity business.

You will collaborate on complex business and technology problems that are top-of-mind for our executives, particularly as those relate to key partnerships having strategic value to the business.

You will lead initiatives with stakeholders to formulate mutually beneficial and measurable outcomes for technical and business objectives with strategic partners.

You possess a unique blend of business insight, business strategy experience, big-picture thinking, influencing skills and ability to collaborate with a large number of constituents within Palo Alto Networks.**Your Impact**+ Manage the overall day to day operations of the renewals organization+ Motivate and manage leaders to drive pipeline development and revenues through sales efforts leveraging the partner network+ Ability to accurately forecast and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis+ Coaching and development of subordinates+ Supervise and close on large deals through to completion+ Development of metrics and reporting, by gathering the needs of management and delivering useful reports+ Coordinate, direct and monitor the outbound efforts of assigned Renewals teams by tracking and reporting weekly activities.+ Collaborate with VP, Corporate Sales to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high value opportunities+ Provide accurate, ongoing reporting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in Salesforce.com+ Manage and develop new processes**Your Experience**+ 5-10 years experience in enterprise renewals /sales+ Experience with channel /partner sales model+ Proven to consistently achieve sales goals through your leadership+ Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs+ Experience in hiring, developing and retaining talent+ Excellent communication skills; the ability to build cross-functional relationships+ Strong organizational and analytical skills; the ability to work on many projects concurrently+ Excellent Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and Salesforce.com skills**Our Commitment**We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
