Marketing Technology Product Manager who can help us shape the future in our digital transformation.

We want a leader with a passion to innovate, an entrepreneur who likes working backward from the customer and tackling complex ambiguous problems.

This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, executive visibility, and has a large opportunity for impact.

In this role, you’ll work with a high-visibility, top-notch team of pros across multiple teams and disciplines to define, deliver, and streamline global standards.You will drive strategy, execution and management of our go-to-marketing technology stack to help Thomson Reuters rapidly scale our digital customer experiences
– being equally comfortable leading projects and both internal and external partnerships.

You will directly contribute to the growth of our business by enabling operational rigor in the day-to-day functions of the marketing team.

You will ensure that our technology systems work together seamlessly; our money is spent wisely and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market.If you are passionate about creating a seamless customer journey and skilled in the systems and processes required to bring that vision to life this is the role for you!Responsibilities:* Manage a strategic portfolio of MarTech capabilities enabling digital customer journeys in marketing operations, digital marketing and ecommerce ecosystems.* Making complex marketing technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team; being highly cooperative and confident in driving from conception to global execution to support global strategy* Build capability roadmaps and constantly explore what is possible with evolving digital tools as a thought leader with the marketing community.* Develop the standard ways of operating and building within the tech platform in a way that is robust, secure, efficient, accessible, sustainable, scalable* Document business scenarios, customer journeys and expected outcomes
– mapped to requisite capabilities from technology vendor/solutions.* Select and manage service providers and partners to ensure effective execution at enterprise and segment levels.* Partner with various stakeholders to define, test, validate, and implement new features and ideas that delight the customer experience efficiently.* Serve as an internal champion for marketing technology initiatives.

Help marketers and digital product managers adopt new tools and technology* Ensure the launch of new capabilities and evolutions of the platform go smoothly (testing, post-launch monitoring & burn-in process and overall set up for long term success)* Establish and maintain successful relationships with a complex set of cross-functional stakeholders across marketing segments peers and leadership.Qualifications:* 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing or management of marketing technology (e.g.

CRM, marketing automation, ABM, segmentation)* Subject matter expertise with the latest marketing technology industry trends, best practices and scenarios* Demonstrated experience building data platforms and orchestrating data signals to enable personalized experiences* Proven experience managing marketing technology systems with a track record of delivering business results through a data-driven ecosystem
– notably leveraging intent and identity resolution for optimized* Capable of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable business recommendations* Previous experience working in matrix organization is a must.

You will be expected to closely collaborate with Marketing functions (demand gen, marketing automation, content, planning and Insights/Analytics) and the CIO’s team to ensure alignment at all times* Background of leveraging third party tools to integrate systems* Ability to run and support a strong prioritization process that creates clarity for stakeholders on what will happen, and what will not happen* Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize a strategy at every level of the organization* This position can be based at one of the following locations: Minneapolis, Dallas, Ann Arbor or Toronto.What’s in it For YouAt Thomson Reuters, our people are our greatest assets.
