Our commitment to excellence in imaging performance, innovative design, and uncompromising quality ensures our solutions consistently deliver best-in-class imaging, high reliability, and operator satisfaction, to help customers find threats and contraband with ease and confidence.The Senior Service Program Manager for North America Cargo Field Service at Rapiscan | AS has the primary responsibility for the successful execution of service to Rapiscan | AS customers in North America.

This position is responsible for Service management and delivery in North America primarily consisting of US Customs and Border Protection (US CBP).

Knowledge of contracts and contract deliverables, entailing products, services and various other programs with the ability to deliver to varying Service Level Agreements and project schedules.

Support and enforce Rapiscan | AS corporate safety policies and ensure all Rapiscan | AS policies are adhered to.

The Senior Service Program Manager will provide project leadership, client consultation, and sales and engineering support to build true partnerships with senior customer executives, senior managers within Rapiscan Systems | AS as well as with outside partners and suppliers.

The Senior Service Program Manager communicates Rapiscan Systems | AS strategy and offers and provides feedback to influence Rapiscan Systems | AS revenue development.

Maintain accurate spares and critical spares stocking levels for your assigned regions / territories to support the customer base and the contractual service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This position requires an individual who is able to resolve client issues through superior client handling skills.

This position will primarily oversee Emergency Service, Contract Service, New Product Support, Maintenance, Installations,Upgrades in addition to Sales and Program Management Support.

You may be asked to take the lead in cross-functional deliverables, for example Export Control, ERP related, Sarbanes-Oxley related, or ISO related projects or audits.

Responsibilities: Overall accountability and responsibility for the execution of Contracts/Programs against Company plans and objectives, contractual obligations and requirements, and key customer expectations.Responsible for and manages day-to-day implementation of the Program and related on-site operational activities to fulfil the Program requirements.Control the costs and scope of proposals submitted to customers to ensure they can be successfully executed to internal and external requirements.Management of 30 employees located remotely in field locations and at the Billerica Facility.Communicate risks, areas of concern, and overall recommendations (from a Program Management execution standpoint) to Senior Management.Uphold the Companys core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Companys Code of Ethics and Conduct.It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the companys values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies.Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications: BS/BA in Business or Technical discipline or equivalent experience8 plus years working on customer funded programs in a capital equipment company.Proven ability to lead very complex programs on-time, within budget and within customer expectations.Experience executing large capital equipment contracts, including US Government programs.Strong communications skills and ability to work effectively with multiple functional groups internally and externally.Proven ability to effectively manage, lead, mentor and develop personnel.Manage external vendors in alignment with customer requirements and overall business goals/objectives.Experience effectively managing a P and cost center business unit.Strong organization, negotiation and planning skills.Ability to lead (by influence) cross-functional teams.Experience at working effectively in highly challenging fast paced environments.The ability to travel up to 50% is required.Active or prior Secret clearance is a plus.Due to contract with the US Federal Government must be a US Person (US Citizen or US PermanentResident).NOTICE TO THIRD PARTY AGENCIESOSI Systems, Inc.
