A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and membership and service excellence for our StretchLab studio.

This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!POSITION: Studio/General ManagerCandidate Qualities:Entrepreneurial spirit with an innate drive to achieve goals and break recordsMust enjoy working hard to drive business growth in exchange for generous commission/bonusesMust have a proven track record in a similar boutique concept or highly relevant skills/experience that is immediately transferableExcellent leadership and management skills to create a positive and successful environment for staff and clientsStrong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanorOutstanding Communication skills (Verbal/Written) Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate sales drivers (weekly street teaming and table setups, B2B outreach, strategic partnership networking, in-studio and out-of-studio events)Responsible for executing and overseeing the entire sales process and systemsManage and delegate a marketing, events, and promotion calendarCommunicate studio goals, see them through with all staff, tweak, and repeatManage, monitor, coach
– develop, and evaluate the performance of all staffDeliver monthly reports to ownership/managementRun monthly business meetings with all staffPlan regular get togethers for staff and membersRecruit, hire, train, and scheduling of all staffMaximize capacity utilization via scheduling optimization and promotionDevelop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivationModel all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growthEnsure company branding through consistency and continuity in all actionsResponsible for managing disciplinary actions involving all employees Operational Duties:Face of studio and main point of contactResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound (stereo, equipment, towels, HVAC, misc.

maintenance, supplies, ordering)Ensures that all front desk systems are followed (member check-in, content rich client accounts, telephone/email inquiries, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, document scanning, etc.Responsible for tracking metrics and payrollResponsible for 30-60-90 and annual staff performance reviewsEnforce corporate policies, business practices, systems and processesProvide and maintain the highest level of customer serviceThis is a full-time position.
