The experience we would expect the ideal person to deliver is:Summary of Role:The New Home Builder Operations Manager (BOM) Supervisor role is to serve as a support and mentor to the BOM team. A key responsibility is to work closely with the team to ensure important metrics are upheld as a group and performance management of each individual member is met. The BOM team members will report directly to the supervisor.This position involves process mapping and creating reporting within salesforce. To provide visibility and prioritize the various task a BOM team member is held accountable to. Working interdepartmentally to ensure handoffs of information are seamless between internal and external groups.Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to training of new hires, development and roll-out of new processes, monitoring dashboards, hosting team meetings, managing team document repository, and personally managing a community/residential project workload.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* Be a subject matter expert in team reports and dashboards. Creating and updating as needed to meet the business needs* Work closely with department leads. Including but not limited to global business financial services, sales, and field-based teams* Identify, define and build a business case for needed digital enhancements* Develop standard operating procedures and train to them* Track historical trends of key metrics to understand an optimal timeline of production* Work with BOM team members to present weekly forecast to department director and peers – with quarterly accuracy of <5% variance * Facilitate the BOM teammates with their questions and train them to create a team of subject matter experts* Manage a workload of community and residential projects from community launch to closeoutRequired Qualifications:* 4+ years’ experience working in CRM platform like salesforce to manage production* Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business economics, or related field* Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to adjust communication style for interactions with sub-contractors, home builders and various internal stakeholders* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to see the big picture, anticipate problems and how they will affect the project team, and proactively address these issues* Proficient with Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Physical Demands and Working Conditions:At SunPower, we value the health and safety of all our team members.
