We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be located in our Mansfield, TX Facility.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading a team of up to five recruiters regarding Company-wide talent acquisition.

This position will partner with the executive team to develop and execute hiring strategies consistent with the overall Company objectives.

In addition, this position will identify and implement process improvements based on best practices.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
Manage a team of recruiters to fill positions with candidates that align with the Company’s culture and values within the expected time-to-fill metric.

Partner with the executive and human resources team to develop and implement hiring strategies.

Communicate with the hiring team regarding best hiring practices and procedures.

Review hiring trends and analyze turnover to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Utilize social media platforms, employee referral program, networking events, job fairs, and job boards to recruit, network, and engage with active and passive candidates.

Partner with hiring managers during the recruiting process to review of the job description and gather a general understanding of the job responsibilities while confirming minimum qualifications.

Manage agency partnerships and contracts for hard-to-fill roles.

Screen, interview, and assess high volume of candidates.

Manage and update job requisitions in the applicant tracking system as candidate move through the recruiting life cycle.

Schedule interviews with respective hiring team.

Perform timely interview debrief meetings with hiring managers to evaluate and select candidates to ensure recruiting metrics are met.

Work with the compensation team and local human resource representative to review compensation and schedule new employee orientation.

Administer and review preemployment testing (i.e.

background checks, new hire drug testing, etc.) and compare qualifications to job requirements.

Report concerns to management for review and approval.

Submit offer request for review and approval.

Follow-up with candidate regarding offer and benefit package details.

Create monthly and weekly reports on talent acquisition metrics.

Work with the human resources and legal team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local law regarding hiring practices and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned within the nature and level or work.

Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of direct talent acquisition experience is required.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience managing a recruiting team is required.
Professional Human Resources certification is preferred.

Experience tracking candidates within an applicant tracking system (iCims) is preferred.

Must be willing and able to travel at least 3 days per month.
Ability to recruit for hourly manufacturing to executive level position at all of our North American companies.

Must have ability to handle a high degree of confidential and sensitive information.

Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting
methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Demonstrated understanding of the full cycle recruitment process.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.

Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
