Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

ChampionX has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager located in Sugar Land, TX. This management position is responsible for leading projects, systems and initiatives that enable the attraction and hiring of talent across ChampionX globally.Engaging stakeholders across the global HR and Talent function, the TA Operations Manager will lead large scale TA projects, change management efforts, vendor and system implementations, as well as continuous TA process improvement. Key to this role will also be education to hiring managers on best practices, diversity recruiting, as well as providing subject matter expertise in recruiting, our Applicant Tracking System and reporting of key performance indicators.In addition to leading large scale global projects and the creation of TA SOPs, the TA Manager will lead a team responsible for day-to-day administration, troubleshooting and support for our TA systems and platforms, analytics and reporting, as well as TA coordination. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Talent & OD, and works closely with the TA Manager, recruiters, global HR Partners, and other HR Leaders. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits!What’s in it For You:* The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth* The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best* Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the world* Comprehensive benefits package starting day oneWhat You Will Do:* Manage team overseeing recruiting analytics, processes, policies, and procedures* Ensure effective functioning of Workday Recruiting platform, developing expertise on TA processes and leading testing efforts, change controls and biannual releases as they relate to TA system functionality* Provide strategic planning and execution of projects related to Talent Acquisition process improvement, in close partnership with the TA Manager to ensure recruiting readiness* Advise on best practices related to optimizing TA functionality and effectiveness* Lead and guide efforts to streamline and centralize TA processes and procedures where needed* Drive global education for recruiters, regional HR Partners and hiring managers on best practices, structured behavioral interviewing and diversity hiring* Lead stakeholder communication and training efforts on process and technology upgrade deployment and improvements* Advise on matters of legal hiring practices and OFCCP compliance* Manage relationships with third party job posting and marketing vendors and advise on best use for effective applicant flow and ROI* Supports the identification, set-up and deployment of sourcing technologies, including potential integration to Workday and other platforms* Accountable for the creation, analysis, and delivery of recruitment metrics to inform function effectiveness and decision making* Owns and ensures all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up-to-date and are kept readily available for stakeholders via TEAMs and SharePoint sites* Collaborates with the ChampionX Communications team on updates to the Career Site regarding our Employer Brand Promise and application process, as well as on Recruitment Marketing initiatives* Lead, develop and engage a team of TA Operations professionals, including managing performance reviews and supporting their career developmentMinimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree required* 8+ years of progressive work experience in the field of HR, Talent, Organizational Development, and/or Business Operations* Demonstrated strong project management skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders to drive results* Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple demands* Ability to connect people, processes, and technology* Ability to define and implement strategic priorities* Strong doer mindset and ability to relate at all levels in the organization* Interpersonal savvy, effective communicator, and facilitator* Immigration sponsorship not offered for this rolePreferred Qualifications:* Prior people management experience or demonstrated leadership by influence* Experience working in a global company* Vendor and recruiting platform management experience* Recruiting and/or TA Operations experience a plus* Workday experience a plusAbout ChampionXChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
