Territory Sales Manager

Pure Beauty

This is a Contract position in Dallas, TX posted August 21, 2021.

Pure Beauty is seeking a San Diego Territory Manager to join our California sales team.

In this role, you will help grow our sales and expand our account base in San Diego and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, is a self-starter, highly organized and able to adapt and pivot in a quickly moving industry.

As a Pure Beauty Territory Manager, you know how to create and keep strong customer partnerships, have excellent business integrity and a passion for selling Cannabis.

Role Objectives Represent the brand in a professional manner that results in repeat business and fosters positive and lasting account relationships Identify and prioritize opportunities, including existing account growth as well as new account business Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations Proactively support existing account relationships, develop excellent rapport and understanding of shop dynamics and business Develop and apply in-depth product and services knowledge to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions Establish strong working relationship with our distribution sales team Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Follow and track assigned account orders to completion Provide Staff Training and Education to partners Track retailer menus to identify out of stocks and monitor MSRP Collaborate with marketing team to implement visual merchandising Attend and work various industry events Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products, new product launches, etc Requirements Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to keep positive in high-stress situations Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts At least 1-3 years sales experience, ideally within cannabis or complimentary industries such as wine & spirits, or consumer product categories Sharp negotiation and time management skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation New hire will undergo training and become proficient in distribution technology ERP system (Encompass) Must enjoy a fast paced environment with many demands PURE BEAUTY is a boutique cannabis brand that focuses on quality of flower and social and environmental progressiveness.

Salary commensurate with experience and skill level.
