CD works closely with customers to pioneer new products, build categories, and deploy best-in-class retail and shopper capabilities.The primary purpose of theAssociateCustomer Business Manager (ACBM), Albertsons BPCposition is to develop sustained business relationships with and drive profitable sales volume through Albertsons.

TheACBM is responsible for achieving volume goals while maintaining spending goals based on brand and customer joint business plan.

They optimize product distribution, pricing,and promotions to drive profitable growth for Unilever and Albertsons.

It is imperative that they have a working knowledge of the consumer cross functions.This positionis inour Boise Idaho office.

Remote location may be acceptable for the right candidate.Success in this role isaccomplished by penetratingtheassigned customer and HQ offices at multiple levels, developing a deep understanding of theirneeds,and selling solutions.

Responsibilities for this position include proactive analysis of current business trends, which includes identifying future opportunities and minimizing potential risks to the existing business,annual planning andmonthly promotional submissionsto Albertsons using their systems,Evergreenplanning, internal S& OP discussion for assigned brands, an understanding of Category drivers and trends, andan understanding ofIRIand Unilever sales reporting systems.WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU’LL DO: YOU’RE A BORN LEADER: Manage the relationship with the category managers and interface with Albertsons customer; Manage NSV and trade investment by each category; Manage plan-o-grams andretail initiatives YOU’RE A STRATEGY GURU: Customize corporate marketing and merchandising programs with Albertsons; Coordinate and manage Category Management initiatives YOU LOVE TO WIN, AND HAVE FUN DOING IT: Drive strategic relationships and accelerated growth, while operating within approved Trade Marketing parameters and driving trade investment efficiency YOU’RE A DOT CONNECTOR: Routinely interface with multiple internal and external departments; Balance individual customer needs while ensuring total Market integrity
