We have continued to grow and are excited to add another to the UST family!Warehouse Manager OverviewThe Warehouse Manager will manage day to day operations as they relate to maintaining and coordinating cross dock operations and ensure its processes are safe and efficient.

This individual will be an essential part to the cornerstone of UST’s growth and success that is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute Excellence Every time simply known internally as E3.Salary: $50,000 60,000Responsibilities(include, but are not limited to)Oversee accurate and efficient loading of all vehicles for the delivery of retail home products to the end consumer (last mile)Ensure accurate inbound receipt of product and stagingMonitor and complete any scheduled reporting relating to the departmentEnsures staff is keeping up with safe and proper practices when handling product to ensure it’s always in good conditionContinuous monitoring of applicable systems to ensure complete and accurate dataMaintains a positive working relationship with all team membersContinuous monitoring of staff performance to maintain UST’s E3 standardsCoordinate with the Operations Manager to utilize additional staff as needed for the department.
