Location: Bellevue, WA strongly preferred; Will consider alternative locations This role leads a team of IC Managers/Data Analysts and interacts with leaders across the organization to support Frontline performance and gather critical insights.

The Sr Manager, Business Analysis will primarily be responsible for managing analytical approach and output for multiple customers and areas of the business
– This could include TEX planning, Emerging Line Support, Frontline Goal setting, Data Infrastructure, and Executive Reporting/Analysis.

In addition, they will influence leadership decisions by solving key problems through data analysis.

The role will communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives.

The Sr Manager will perform a leading role on projects, working closely with internal clients within multiple areas to understand key business issues and incorporate them into business and financial models.

Sr Manager, Business Analysis must demonstrate a high level of business acumen, critical thinking and analysis, deep partner knowledge/understanding, as well as TMO market(s) strategy to ensure that risk is mitigated while revenue potential is maximized.

The Sr Manager, Business Analysis is an influencer that thrives on leading a team of analytical professionals responsible for dissecting complex problems and utilizing facts and data to deliver clear conclusions and recommendations.

In a consultative manner the Sr Manager, Business Analysis will interact with all channels and departments of the business.

Through relationship building, the Sr Manager must foster alliances and offer business expertise across the organization.

Partnerships, rigorous analysis, and excellent interpersonal skills will be crucial to success within this role.

4-7 years of experience in operating analysis and reporting 4-7 years of experience with business process/project analysis experience with strong strategic business process improvements 2-4 years managing a team of finance or analytics professionals Channel management, Customer Experience, or Planning & Strategy experience preferred SQL, Teradata proficiency a plus Executive presentation skills Well versed in: Process Improvement Financial Analysis Microsoft Excel

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $75,000 to $150,000 .

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of an employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.

LI-CSTA Lead team to analyze and support KPI performance and business decisions.

Will be responsible for delegating, managing, coaching, developing, and evaluating team members’ performance.

Utilize data, business strategy, and executive focus to formulate and drive proactive analytics.

Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.

Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, re-engineer or maintain company performance.

Serve as consultant for thought leadership/analytical approach across multiple departments.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
