*About this job*The Vice President of On Demand oversees day-to-day divisional operations while developing, identifying, and communicating clear goals and objectives to achieve department vision and mission.

The Vice President of On Demand needs to be able to effectively communicate with other departments in order to further department growth and development.

This role reports to the Chief Operational Officer.

This is a work from home position.

*Core Duties** *Manage Operations: *Lead cross functional efforts to execute business needs, establish and maintain business resiliency plan, work with Senior Executives and Senior Leaders to implement plans and policies for the department, lead cross functional business efforts, source resources strategically, develop framework for metrics and reporting, and establish baselines and/or improvement plans for KPI * *Manage Personnel: *Assist HR with developing talent acquisition strategy, hire direct reports, validate potential hires as necessary, empower direct reports to resolve current issues and develop strategies for future, recognize high performance and reward accomplishments, develop performance management strategies and expectations, create development and succession plans, approve training plans and schedules alongside Director and Operations Manager(s) * *Analyze Business Trends: *Understand trends in revenue, provide summary of revenue on a monthly basis to Executive Leadership, create department forecast, review and communicate expense and production increases and decreases, expense management and approval for direct reports, ultimate approval for any credits, discounts, and/or write-offs over a certain threshold * *Drive customer-first culture:* Build repour with clients, partner with Marketing to determine client satisfaction rate, improve value proposition with clients, kept appraised of exploration and vetting of vendors, provide feedback for organization impact of vendors * *Projects as assigned* *Minimum Requirements
