Will provide leadership to the transformation of data into information and provide information and strategic insight that will assist business leaders decision-making relative to products, services and process improvements that impact business outcomes.This leader will also be responsible for:Participating in the formulation and articulation of vision for analytic opportunities and advancements.Evaluating, recommending, and implementing strategies for developing and utilizing technical resources to predict, improve and measure the success of fundamentals and new initiatives linked to business outcomes.Identifying and integrating external market factors that impact or drive business outcomes.Defining measurement standards and collaborates with business partners to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements, and interpretation.Building analytical capabilities and manages forecasting, reporting, in-depth analysis and data distribution tools and processes.As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business.
